I spent most of my holidays playing with my (2 and a half year old) niece, Helen. That kid is incredible….I need to write down everything I remember about my time at my parents’ house this Christmas. Priceless vacation.

It’s strange to think that if things had worked out differently, I’d be about two and a half weeks away from having a baby right now.

Although it still hurts to think about, I can find reasons to be content with what life looks like at the moment.

For example: There is no way I could have traveled to my parents’ house for Christmas if I was 38 weeks pregnant. Also, I can currently partake of sushi and wine. There are no middle of the night bathroom trips…..so, my sleep is uninterrupted. Oh!…last, but not least, PEPPERMINT MOCHAS.
